Kakuto Chojin Review

IGN Entertainment
11 March 2010
  • Conclusion: The bottom line is that this game was and will apparently forever be nothing more than a mere tech demo. If anything is to confirm this it would definitely be the small set of moves per character and lack of what I consider to be must have features. Overall, the game really seems to be only a quarter of the way complete and it would have been much more beneficial on Microsoft’s part to hold the game over until it was of a higher quality.

  • Excerpt: After playing (and completing) Kakuto Chojin’s single-player story mode in about 10 minutes or so you will you find yourself incredulously asking no one in particular, “This is all there is?â€ If the game’s developers were physically present you might have more than a few choice words in addition to that once the reality set in that you just blew 50 bucks.

  • Excerpt: Kakuto Chojin is a kind of testosterone-overdriven disenfranchised young-man's fantasy of angry music, flashy washes of deep-toned lighting, harsh, slashing metallic sound-effects and mighty muscle-bound, large-packaged men grabbing impossibly busty women by the split legs and slamming them, splayed, on the ground below their own heaving crotches.

A éviter.
  • Pros: Des graphismes élégants, Des animations travaillées, Des musiques globalement attractives
  • Cons: Aucune difficulté, Pas de concept novateur, Un multijoueur alarmant
