Kabuki Warriors Review

IGN Entertainment
11 March 2010
  • Conclusion: Any game that has you fighting against a guy with an umbrella while wearing more makeup than Tammy Faye Baker should never have been made. Just by simply adding a few more moves would have improved gameplay. The only part of the game I enjoyed was the Versus Mode and this also got old really fast. What makes this game even worse is its price. There is no way anyone should ever pay $50 for a game with these qualities. I don’t even think it’s worth a “bargain bin” price.

Kabuki Warriors Review

  • Excerpt: Kabuki Warriors is a horrible fighting game from Genki and Lightweight, the companies responsible for games like Kengo and Bushido Blade. This Xbox fighter may feature just as much swordplay as those games, but a lack of variety, poor gameplay, and an awful presentation keep this mildly interesting concept from achieving anything beyond establishing a new low.
