  • Conclusion: well well well the beginning training is very well done giving you every type of ...bullet you come up with. At the beginning you hunt for bad guys aka bounty hunter, buy ammo and supplies at general store with money. THERES A HEALTHING BUTTON! woo! no more buying health in this game. Then later in the game it gets more intense as u no longer hunt for money, u hunt for the lifes of sum werid dudes.

  • Conclusion: When i first picked up this game i was thinking i would check it out. I have never played a more inventive game in my life. Lorne Lanning is a genius. With 3rd and first person play and "live" ammo as in real little creatures your shoot from your crossbow, whats not to like? Add lush enviroments, beautiful graphics, strangely tactical gameplay (its a good thing) and one of the most humorous games only topped by Psychonauts and you have a recipe for innovation and fun.

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath Reader Review - 9.8

  • Conclusion: Let's cut to the chase: Oddworld Stranger's Wrath is one of the most immersive, enjoyable and humourous adventure/platformer games out on the market. The name should be spoken in the same sentence as the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (cause let's be honest, an RPG it wasn't), and mentioned in the same breath as (sacrilege?) Super Mario 64. It really is that good.

  • Conclusion: Until recently i knew EA mainly from the fifa series which i really love. Recently i played burnout 3 which in my opinion was one of the best racing games of 2004. Now by playing oddworld stranger's wrath really convinced me that EA knows how to make great games. Oddworld stranger is a game with a very original scenario, unlike those that we usually see in video games, very beatifull graphics with a great variety of landscapes ranging from deserts to forests and a...

Iron Phoenix Reader Review - 9.2

  • Conclusion: This is a first for fighting game fans. Now you can fight with weapons like soul calibur but instead of just 1 on 1 its 16 players. Me personally I think 16 players are too much it get confusing and it takes away the skill part of the game when you have to start button smashing because you have 5 people hitting you at once. But the good news is you can lower the amount of players to 8 if you like.

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath Reader Review - 9.6

covenantfighter, IGN Entertainment
8 March 2005
  • Conclusion: Oddworld... a place where realism doesn't exist, a place where Lorne Lanning and Co can create some of the most original and inventive games ever. This game is hard to describe... it could be compared to the story of Clint Eastwood in Australia surrounded by redneck chickens and in need of 20 000 moolah to survive...
