This game is fun and full of action

Amazon

  • Summary: I really liked this game and definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys third person games. It's a typical Hack and Slash game with a great storyline. THe graphics are a plus, there are a good selection of enemies to fight off, and U can play multiplayer for hours. I think anyone interested should at least rent it and then you will be hooked and will want to buy it.

Fun, but why "M"?

Amazon

  • Summary: This is a very fun game. The graphics and gameplay are tremendous and this is one of the best action games on X box (next to Halo). I don't understand how it's rated "M". A little bit of unrealistic red powder spills when you kill an enemy. It doesn't even stay on the ground in a pool of blood. This is defenetly a great action game for anyone.

Check this one out!!

  • Summary: Love this game!! The graphics are awesome, kinda like an upgraded gauntlet on xbox. The blood, character detail, flame effects, and environment effects are all awesome, from the detail on the enemies' faces, all the way down to the floating trash that slides across the street. The sound is good. Sound effects are cool, and the music is also dark and moody, and picks up at times when you get into a fight with lots of enemies.

A Specialized Multiplayer Game ...... ONLY!

Amazon
3 August 2002
  • Summary: Hunter: The Reckoning. This game is not what it seems, it's a radical departure from most console gaming and calls for very specific gameplay to turn it in to what I believe is unquestionably, the best 4 person cooperative videogame on this planet. ... As a single player game it would rate no higher than one star... very difficult, very repetitive. There are a lot better games out there for single players. ...

Monster Mash

  • Summary: Second only to Halo, this is my favorite game for the Xbox. There are better looking games and more revolutionary games, but for sheer fun, especially multiplayer fun, this is definitely worth having, or at least renting. By now you know the concept: Gauntlet type melee set in the White Wolf universe. Hunter is non-stop action and is one of the first gmaes in a long time that allows you to pull out those extra controllers and play with friends.

Hunter is GREAT

  • Summary: Hey, I'm not sure why people are giving Hunter such a harsh review. I picked it up a week ago and it is awesome. The single player mode is a definite challenge, which I love because I hate games that I can just breeze through. Hunter will keep you occupied for a while, especially if you could all 4 characters and the bonus materials at the end. The Multiplayer totally Rocks, especially if you get all 4 players going. The graphics, sound, and storyline are all top notch.

Like Resident Evil for Xbox!

Amazon
11 June 2002
  • Summary: This is one of the best hack'n slash game on the Xbox. It's definetly worth buying if you like Resident Evil or House of the Dead. The graphics are very good and add to the scary environments. The best part about the game is facing off against hordes of monsters and mowing them down with guns and melee weapons such as battle axes and chain saws. The game starts easy and progressively gets harder, but not so hard you can't eventually defeat whatever you are fighting.

Hunter rocks.

  • Summary: Bottom line is this game is a blast. It's really fun to play single player, but the real action is multiplayer. Several weapons, several monsters, quite a few bosses, and 4 unique characters. I've finished this game with 3 out of 4 of the characters, and I haven't gotten tired of it. Multiplayer is much more difficult, especially if everyone isn't really good.

Good Times......

  • Summary: I just got this game the other day and let me tell ya, it's pretty sweet. Its not as cool as Max Payne though, but its right up there. The best part about it is being able to play with your friends at the same time. The graphics and game play are great and from what I can tell, you will have a wide range of wepons to choose from the farther you get in the game. The movement of the characters is very easy to get use to, you use the same buttons as in Max Payne.
