Summary: In my humble opinion, Halo 2 was the worst of the series. It was saved by the online play and genuinely had the best XBox live play out of all of the other games. It's a shame they had shut the server down for Halo 2 because I'm sure that every online player from Halo would still be on it. If this game didn't have a superior online gaming experience, then Halo would have tanked. The graphics for even the cutscenes were so choppy.
Conclusion: im sorry, but this was the biggest let down i have ever had. this game is dreadful. after the first 5 missions or so i was bored witless. the game just becomes stagnant. all you every seem to do is go into another structure infested with flood. and my god, that level where you are the covenant and you go down that looooong elevator is infuriatingly slow and boring. it picks itself up by the last few levels but the middle bit is just depressingly bad.
Summary: Halo 2 was one of the most anticipated games of all time and with good reason. Halo: Combat Evolved was an awesome FPS that really hit the mark for the X-Box It was superb and many could only wait to see what the sequel had to offer. Thus Enter Halo 2: Halo 2 is an amazing FPS from Bungie Studios with graphics that make you drool and a multiplayer that makes for hours of Fun. Storywise this game moves way too fast and never even truly establishes a true plot.
Conclusion: I had my doubts when I first plugged nfsmw in. But I was immediatly captivated not only by the game but by the story. You hit the mean streets of rockport in your souped up m3 ready to tear stuff up...but before you get your chance you are sabotaged by a bad ass street racer named Razor and his cronies. At this point I have to say (and it's not cuz I'm a female) Razor (who ever the actor is) is awsome.
Summary: Halo 2 is pimped out so much that... Well i don't know but it's damn right great! The game has great graphics (alot better than the first one), A large variety of weapons and vehicles to choose from, as simple as a small pistol to a Scorpion tank. Not only is the plot great but Multiplayer is great while w/ your buds or just by yourself in XBox Live.
Summary: The newest and so called best game Halo 2, has the hype, the graphics, the plot, and the action. But does it live up to the legendary Halo 1? In my oppinion, they took out some great stuff from the origional Halo, such as the hold and shoot with the Assult rifles and the shoot with the zoom on. The new weapons are ok in single player, but in multiplayer, the origional Blood Gulch still rules from Halo 1.
Conclusion: Oh the dissapointment of sequals, the dissolusionment of fanboys.... Well i know many will dissagree, but this year has to be the year of overhyped games, first fable, then need for speed underground 2 and now this perhaps the xbox is already feeling the limitations of its hardware and nolonger are revolutionary eye candy games yet possible, but with titles such as prince of persia 2 perhaps not and the 9 month crunch that went into making halo 2 was simply too short.
Summary: The game is revolutionary. Its that simple. I have never seen a dual weilding system this efficient, and easy to use, and those of you that scream Goldeneye dont know what you are talking about, it was so hard to get two different weapons, and what was the need to when they didnt bother to balance the game, because you could dominate with two RCP-90s. And the vehicles are just... umm... ok, im not going to use the word i was going to, lets just say... nice.
Summary: There's not a lot anybody can say about a Halo game anymore. Some people revere the games akin to the second coming of Christ, whilst others dismiss it as a lowly console shooter, or simply as a bland but competent game. There's a lot that it does do right - the shooting mechanics suit console controls, the enemy AI is challenging on higher difficulties, vehicles add some variation to gameplay and the environments don't show the same repetitiveness that plagued the...
Summary: I came to Halo 2 first on PC, running clunkily on my laptop, but recently picked this up to run on my 360. I didn't regret it - it is smooth and looks great on 360. Picking up where the Master Chief left off in Halo, coming back to earth after destroying the first ring, the saga continues with a fleet suddenly invading earth.
