Conclusion: This game is pretty cool. The graphics aren't that great but they're alright. The gameplay is pretty good, you have a certain amount of moves in a turn which is determined by your character's class. You can buy or temporarily own a gladiator for one battle which is a pretty cool thing if you don't have enough money to buy him/her. The dialogue is pretty corny and most of it you have to read but it is still a fun game.
Summary: Playing the demo for this game was an unexpected pleasure. I was expecting a beat em up, and instead got a solid turn based combat system (similar to a more strategic Final fantasy. Based in an alternative ancint roman empire (again nice to see something different) with spells and monsters - this game offers a solid rolepalying game, with the feature to recruit and train your own gladiatorian school - and fight in locations in and outside the areana.
