Summary: Graphics are OK, the "feel" isn't nearly as good as many racing games I've played. I often found myself braking too late. Who knows, maybe this game is more realistic than most, but it sure doesn't feel like it.
Summary: I'll tell you what I hated first. You dont have access to all cars in the game. You have to progress deeper and deeper and unlock cars. It doesn't matter if you have 57million bucks in your account, you still cant buy the cars you really want until you progress further. 2nd, I hated the difficulty settings. I would play some races on easy and destroy the competition and then I'd play a different race on easy and get my buttocks whipped seriously. EASY is EASY.
Don't Believe All These 5 Star Ratings...Simply Hype Fueled

Summary: This game isn't bad, but it has serious problems: 1) No replays unless you quit a race! Makes it tough to learn by watching a turn or 2 in replay, but still be able to continue racing afterwards. 2) If you quit a race to watch a replay, the controls for replays are terrible. You can't do any seeking, fast forwarding, rewinding and you can't manipulate the camera besides a paltry 4 not so good views.
Conclusion: much better than GT ,but i got bored of it Im hoping it supports a wheel because i think it'd be a lot easier to control with a proper wheel good game but not enough to keep me playing ,good thing bout it was I could buy a brnad new audi TT from the start
Summary: After all thy hype I expected much more for my $50 bucks. the graphics were alright, x-box live was horrible as i kept getting booted and had a hard time finding matches and the lack of adjustment for controller sensitivity to help vehicle control made for less than expected gameplay. i'll stick with colin mcrae until microsoft gets this one right.
Conclusion: The Reader who reviewed this game harshly I feel was a bit over the top. I am a fan of the gran turismo series so please dont see me as biased but this game in some ways is better than gran turismo. It is hard to seperate the two. Il start with the customize your car options (pimp my ride) . Im a graphic designer and this part of the game is very similar to Photoshop with the amount of things you can do here.
Conclusion: i am dissapointed i pre ordered this game and im not that happy with it. I thought i would be able to custimize my car and make it unique. i am not impressed with the level of customizations in this game. I was expecting somthing closer to motor city online with a high level of motor upgrades like cams and intakes , headers and carbs. Instead there is a pic of a timing gun and all the upgrades are in a package so it takes less time.
Summary: This game has plenty of polish and scale - the graphics are truly tremendous, the car damage looks good, system link multiplayer is THE BEST for any xbox racer (along with PGR2) and custom soundtracks play uninterrupted from menus, through loading screens and into the game (Hooray!! more games need this feature in my opinion!). It has the feel of a great game, however... The big flaw for Forza Motorsport is the pathetic, utterly unexciting car sounds.
