Excerpt: I am a big fan of the film Fight Club - I can watch it on a loop for days on end without getting sick of it and wasn't aware that they had released a X-Box game based around the film - that was until I found a second hand copy in Game for £12.99. Having no other beat em up games for the X-Box and my love for the film it took no hesitation on my part to run tot he cash register to part with my hard earned money.
Pros: one or two in game gimmicks - nothing else
Cons: dull graphics - poor sound effects - no real gameplay - lack of fight moves - too easy to complete
Excerpt: Taking a blow to the chin...and losing a few teeth. As the main character fights his way deeper within Fight Club, he will learn more details about the story and Tyler Durden while traveling from city to city and meeting various people along the way. While the story does try to formulate itself after the overall story of the film, the game's plot feels more hurried and slapped together than it's worth.
Excerpt: I wasn't very happy with this purchase and found it to be very disappointing. I never liked the story mode in the game. The title just tells you what this game is about its just all about fighting that's it, fighting different people in the basement. I can't really say much about this game I bought it and gave it back after a week before because it was a waste of time and money. The graphics are not very good but the sound was quite acceptable.
Excerpt: Fight Club is a great movie. Well written and delivered, making some insightful comments on consumerism and post - modern masculine life. The X - Box fight club game is just a bunch of fighting and that's about it. When the game first came out I didn't think to much about it since I am really not into fighting games, I picked up Fight Club about 3 or 4 weeks ago for the sheer fact that it was cheap, I don't regret buying the game but I'm not to excited about it either.
Pros: Cool finishing moves
Cons: Not much of a story, reduces the movie to a bunch of fights .

Excerpt: The movie was a masterpiece twists throughout the film giving it a brilliant edge and now 5 years later they bring out a new game with no plot at all just fighting. I know what you are thinking it is called fight club, but the game is just another excuse for a smack down. Now if you do like smackdown alot then go for it.
