Excerpt: I remember buying my first every Fifa game. It was Fifa International Soccer in 1994(?) roughly. And when you look at the progress made between that game, and this, you realise how much the new games improve each time. Fifa 2003 is the best in this series of football games so far (I am excluding 2004). I felt that 2002 was a bit of a disaster with annoying traits, and guaranteed scoring angles, but I found this to be a massive improvement.
Summary: The now age old argument. If you like real football with effort and endevour to be good then don't buy fifa get Pro Evo. If you like flashy effects without the gritty reality of football then buy Fifa. This game looks good etc...But who cares! I bet every gamer has a fav game that aint hot on looks but DOES THE JOB. The dribbling is awful and the crossing terrible, free kicks and corners have that stupid x,a,b etc over the players heads to aim for.
Excerpt: Fifa 2003 - Advantages: Good graphics , the faces of the players are made very good.. and the graphics of player's shadows are really good too not like in some other games.., exciting game , fifa 2003 is really exciting game to play. It's not booring .. i am playing fifa 2003 for 6 months and i am still excited in playing it.., and the good music gives some some extra fun and the effects sound is in really good quality..
Excerpt: Fifa 2003 was an amazing experienceto play on and was full of excitment. The graphics were excellent and full of detail. The players looked like the real thing and also had names and numbers on their backs. This game is very detailed and full of joy, it is the sort of game that you could spend hours on. You can make your dream team and much much more. This game has been highly concentrated on and it upgrades eac year.
Excerpt: ?EA FIFA 2003'', was the title of the new game that friends brought me to try. I really do like football, to play, to watch and as the years are passing I enjoy even more when I play it on the computer, X-box or PS2.(so much less tiring!) So I was eager to see what different that game has to offer from the previous series.
Summary: I brought this game earlyer this year expecting something as good as the previous ones. My first impressions were brilliant as the programing was brilliant, apart from the fact that it has been created by nerds that know as much about football as a pack mule with alzeihmers. this is only something you realise after you have played on it for a while. this game is a waste of money you might as well buy an older one or alternatively buy iss or something.
Summary: The first thing i noticed about this latest instalment to the ever so increasingly popular Fifa series is that graphics are fantastic. However, once i started playing my views somewhat evaluated into a negative form of thinking towards the game. Secondly i noticed that the more talented players in real life, such as Ryan Giggs were almost designed to be equal to the lesser type players such as Garry Breen.
Summary: The graphics on fifa 2003 are very good. The new scoreable free kick scenario adds an intersting dimension to the game, thats about it for the good stuff. The bad stuff, which is most of it, is the same tired old rubbish we have seen so many times before. The easy levels are far to easy to hold anyones interest for long, after all winning 8-0 all the time is a bit boring after a while.
Summary: In the last decade Ive had every Fifa game ever made, on which ever format I had at the time.Every year they seem to get better(except for Fifa 97 which was bad). This year theres no surprise then that its better than the last. Other reviewers have said that you cant score from crosses?WHAT?!
