Summary: Good game but if anything could be changed...... THE GENDER. Yes i understand that not many girls do play this, but im sure for the girls who do they would like to be a... well... girl! I did not mind playing as a guy, because it was such a good game. The second and third allow you to be a girl, but if you are female and planned on being that way in all games look else where otherwise this game is good.
Summary: Fable is an awesome game and I would of gave it a ten but they took out way to much stuff. I was disapointed when they removed the extral rival heros that you could of had battles with, and it would have been nice to be able to go back into the arena more then once. It was best IMO when you played as an evil charcter because you could go around and kill who ever and what ever you wanted to.
Summary: Nice RPG that mark the init of a great saga at the level as other great titles like Zelda. Respect the purchase, it resolved as expected at good relation quality-price also for a preowned product.
Summary: I began playing Fable as bright and expectant as the young protagonist, who ventures out one early morning in search of a birthday gift for his sister. As the game progressed I like the main character became slightly more sceptical. The graphics are endearing enough. But the story line is slightly dull, with as much depth as a morning chat show.
Not quite so much a 'fable' as a short nursery rhyme.

Summary: Although game-play was fun and interesting, the game was far too short and takes about 5 hours to complete, if the game was longer and maintained playability (and had a harder final boss) then this would be an ultimately cool game.
Summary: Fable is reasonably good fun, although there are a fair few annoyances. What's clear is that there are two games in one here. One game is free-form - trading, marriage, renting out houses, gambling, building up your character. The other is the extrememely linear plotline, even more linear than say Knights of the Old Republic. My hunch is that the free-form aspect was originally intended to be the entire game, but someone realised that would be too dull.
Summary: with all the hype i expected something truly ground-breaking.it's not. this is a very good game and i have played it through a couple of times but "the best rpg ever" i dont think so. the story is quite linear and very short. albion is not that big and the number of quests available needs enlarging.the character development is good and there are some interesting game play elements but it needs to be longer and more open.there are some pointless parts, such as lady grey.
Summary: come on people, this is supposed to be an rpg where one of the choices is apparently to follow a storyline, a storyline so devoid of emotion, feeling and anything else which might make u acre one ounce about any other character than your own, the good/bad option is fun but makes no real difference to the story aspect of the game. also trying not to spoil for anyone but the ending is absolutely rubbish, a complete let down, even for the whole 9 hours the story takes.
Summary: That sums it up: What happened to open-ended? Fable is good and very exciting to play... once. Definitely recommended, sure. But after one finish it is very boring to play again, especially if you've already looked around everywhere during this first time. It cannot compare to Morrowind, since it is not open-ended. This is a BIG minus. The graphics are sharper and better quality than in Morrowind. There are hardly any bugs, it is clear the game has been well-worked.
Summary: Fable looks and plays great. Unfortunately it does not live up to the hype. The plot is linear- no free roam like Morrowind. You will complete it in a weekend. No real impetus to explore as the game is composed of static area maps. Once you have visited perhaps the 50 or so locations in the game, there is not much else to see and do, other than proceed with the plot- hence why you complete it so fast. I would buy this one second-hand if I were you.
