Enter The Matrix Reader Review - 7.1

SpideyFable, IGN Entertainment
1 October 2004
  • Conclusion: Has anyone ever played a prank on you? If you're in high school then someone probably has. I'll tell you the perfect way to get revenge - gift the person Enter The Matrix. They'll be howling bloody murder by the beginning of the second level.

Nice game

Master Td Chambers "Tom Chambers", Amazon
31 May 2004
  • Summary: Captures the movies quite well, the bullet time moves make it great. There are alot of decent levels but when you fail you will go back to the beginning of the mission, this is especially annoying on the driving ones.

enter a world of unknown

  • Summary: Good all round game. Hard in places and can in some bits be the same as it just shoot the bad guys then on to the next level. But the graphics and the ability to slow the character down is great and adds new depth to the game. If you like the Matrix you'll like this game.

Matrix Reloaded

Mr. K. Desai "Mr K", Amazon
31 May 2004
  • Summary: I have to admit that this game is very, very good because it mixes computer animated scenes with scenes that are in the film. The 'bullit-time' is pretty special too as you can do moves from the first film like run along a wall and shoot while doing a one-handed cartwheel.

Very good, but also very buggy

  • Summary: I've just finished Enter the Matrix on xbox, and i must say it's a great game that is very fun to play. Unfortunatley there are quite a few things wrong with it, and my xbox crashed more than a few times. This is a common occurence with this game, at least the xbox version anyway.

one of the best movie tie ins

"patricknparsons", amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: Good points on foot missions This is the only decent thing in the game(exept maybe hacking). My first impressions were wow. The fighting system lookes amazing, I was startled when I saw Ghost stab a vampire with a steak then kiked the monster to the ground.

Satisfactory

  • Summary: This game really gives you the feel of The Matrix. Use "focus" to slow down time and generally kick some agent a**. The game offers some replay value because you can complete the game as either Niobe or Ghost(there are somedifferent levels depending on who you play as).
