Non-stop passing thrills are brought to life as you’re thrown into the middle of the action from opening day all the way to the ArenaBowl.
Arena Football needs improvement. EA Sports (who has the market cornered in sports games) came up short this game. I dont know if EA Sports was trying to make the controls different from NCAA and MADDEN to distinguish it as its own game but it was a mistake. Read more
Arena Football is definitely a unique take on a familiar game, and though it will likely appeal to AFL fans, it's entertaining enough to be a decent diversion now that the NFL is done until summer and different enough that it won't feel like a total Madden rehash with strange rules and less talented players. The game clock does not stop when you score touchdowns in the final minute of each half, and any even casual AFL fan should realize how dramatically this alters the game play. Furthermore, at the end of a half when a penalty is called, such... Read more
