  • Excerpt: If you've stepped foot into an arcade any time in the past few years, chances are very high that you've seen the rhythm game section, which gradually moved its way from the back of the room right up to the front entrance. Topping the charts are the "dance simulators" starring Dance Dance Revolution, here making its third appearance on the Xbox with Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 3.

  • Conclusion: Dance Dance Revolution: Ultramix 3 is not a huge change from what we have seen in the past, but it still contains some great improvements. If you want to see more online play, some new music, and one heck of a challenge from a DDR game, then look no further than DDR: Ultramix 3. This is one fun and challenging game that DDR fans with really enjoy.

Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 3 Review

GameSpot
21 November 2005
  • Excerpt: Dance Dance Revolution, the arcade rhythm dancing game that made its way to home consoles more than five years ago, has the distinction of being approachable and entertaining to gamers of all types, but deep for only a select few. Though jumping in for a few rounds on the easier settings will entertain most people from time to time, it is the DDR fanatics who will master the most difficult modes by perfecting every step.
  • Pros: Cool new modes like "quad" and "point", A ton of new songs to choose from, and some old favorites, Another solid game in the franchise
  • Cons: New modes don't surpass classic DDR gameplay, Game never changes significantly for better and for worse

UNLIMITED SaGa

DarkStation
24 June 2003
  • Conclusion: Unlimited SaGa is a game that is not like any other. Whether that is a good thing or not it is probably going to be up to your personal tastes, but I just didn’t find this game to be very entertaining. The only real reason I could even recommend a rental for the game is for the Final Fantasy X-2 exclusive preview that wasn’t even that great.
