Conclusion: I've been a fan of Crash on all platforms in the past and bought Twinsanity as soon as it was released thinking it would be more of the same only with better graphics and sound. How wrong I was! They have completely messed up with more or less everything what made the past Crash's great. 1: The camera is terrible for a start! You can walk around and the camera won't follow you so your forever moving the right stick to control it..
Summary: Great Bandicoot fun but quite a lot tougher than Crash Bandicoot - the wrath of Cortex! Kids are starting to feel a bit defeated by it as struggling to get beyond the second level. Enjoying the Crash/Dr Cortex power struggle element though. Perhaps it will get easier with practice....
Summary: The platform world is a strange one indeed. Personally I think they represent all that is bad about the games industry. While the graphics may have improved, every platformed I've seen in the last 5 years seems to have been a clone of the others. This unfortunately is no different.
Summary: It is the best platform game on the x-box right now.... but that doesn't make it a great game. The camera is poor, and the levels are confusing... too much graphical flair. BUT, and it is a big butt (see Sir Mixalot), it's an enjoyable romp that will keep you vaguley entertained. So, if you want a great platform game on x-box, wait. If you want decent platform game, buy this.
