Summary: The Crash Bandicoot titles first attracted when they were available on the Gameboy Advance and I still play them, they are the games I often go back to when there isn't much to play. Overall, the Wrath of Cortex is fun for casual gamers who are looking for nothing too over the top and a good "Sit on the recliner" experience.
Summary: I used to play 'The Wrath of Cortex' almost every day when I was a little kid, it was my favorite game. I don't know if anyone still has an original X-Box anymore, but if you're a kid who does and is looking for a fun and memorable game with action and adventure, I recommend this for you.
Summary: This was my first crash game I had ever played when it first came out and it made a big impact on me. The game may be similar to its predecessors but it serves as a good old fashioned Crash game that brings back those nostalgic Playstation 1 memories. This game has some fair challenges to accomplish along with a good handful of difficult bosses as well. The sound and music are superb but the graphics on the other-hand are only adequate.
Summary: That is true what people saying...better spend more and you will make shure you have a good quality thing, instead of paying pennies and get rubish. Tried play this game on xbox360......got hard disc drive so i would be able to play game....can not.. Keeps saying game error...
Although on a new console, it's the same old Crash.

Excerpt: Crash Bandicoot the Wrath of Cortex is the series first game on the Playstation 2, it is notably not developed by its creators Naughty Dog instead by Travellers Tales. The story is basically a rehashed version of previous titles, Dr Neo Cortex is at it again, this time he has created a new superweapon with the four elemental masks called Crunch Bandicoot!
Excerpt: Crash Bandicoot - The Wrath of Cortex [TWOC] is the sixth game featuring the orange marsupial in the hugely successful franchise. It was also the first game to be released on a platform other than the original Playstation. This review focuses on the PS2 release in Autumn 2001, though the following year also saw Crash venture onto the X Box and Game Cube for the first time.
Excerpt: Crash Bandicoot was a game that first came out on playstation 1, and was this consoles verion of sonic, and supermario. This game features one of the most famous characters in the history of gaming, so I am sure everyone is familar with him. When this game first came onto Playstation 2, I didnt what to expect, as I thought that it was a brilliant game when it was on the PS1. But it was better, which I didnt think was possible.
Excerpt: Unlike my brother, I have never been a big fan of the Crash Bandicoot games. The reason for this is that I have been playing video games now for over 20 years and the Crash games in my opinion have always lack serious originality in the game play department and the storylines have been weak at best.

Excerpt: It just goes to show how quickly fortunes can change in the fickle world of gaming. When Crash Bandicoot made his last platform-based appearance on the PlayStation format in 1998, the orange marsupial was near the top of the gaming world, as his third game (subtitled 'Warped!') became a hit both critically and commercially.
