Excerpt: My son has recently bought the new season version of Championship Manager having had an older version before. As well as having the up-to-date statistics on all the players it has some new features which make the game even better. The same principal for playing the game applies as before.
Excerpt: The game itself is one of a kind. Easy to follow, but experience in previous championship manager games would help you to understand the intricacies of this version. You can select up to 3 leagues from 26 countries, some with summer seasons, and some with winter seasons.
Pros: Can manage more than one team per country selected
Cons: Imagery is limited, gameplay is technically complex
Excerpt: When you think about football management simulations, which game comes to mind first? Championship Manager. There's no disputing the fact that it's the genre's pinnacle, the very bastion of footy management games, and with each new release it gets even better.
Excerpt: When you think about football management simulations, Championship Manager will always be the first game you think off. It is a simple fact that this range is without a doubt the best football management range available, others just dont come close!
Pros: Amazing detail
Cons: Have to keep buying new releases to keep updated
Excerpt: Wow! What can I say this game is great. Just like the ones before it this to is very addictive, being able to manage your favorite footie team and being able to buy the players that you think they should have is really good.
Pros: Being able to manage your favourite footie team
Excerpt: This game is a great game with a simple back ground, it is a shame that you can't watch the game but i am sure the detail the give you on the action you can imagine it. It isn't as good as fifa but what is. You will enjoy the changes and cool cheats you can do very amusing.
Excerpt: Having played Championship Manager for many years on the PC I was suprised and intrigued by its introduction to a console like the Xbox and I did think it would be hard to pull such a feat off.
Pros: Great gameplay, ideal for any football enthusiast
Cons: Compared to PC version, users will be dissapointed
Summary: Once again the championship manager series proves to be the best. The database on this game is quite frankly incredible. Literally if you know a proplayer whos not in this please tell me. Although this is fantistic my dad tells me pc version is exacly the same.
Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed this game which is utterly bizarre because I am not particularly a football fan, there are no pretty graphics and I am not a big fan of numbers (there are enough statistics to keep Steven Hawkins busy for a lifetime). Why is this?
