Summary: I remember when this came out and how hyped it was. It was one of the most anticipated games of that year. It was supposed to be the next halo and a next gen game. This game failed to do what it was supposed to do. Maybe if they didn't hype it up so much it would have been a little more well received but it wasn't. The story isn't much of a story at all really. You go on missions bounty hunting and fighting mercenaries and alien groups. Nothing new or exciting.
Summary: I've already played this game through once on easy mode, and it was okay. Basically, I didn't really use all the manuevers at my command. I all did with it was run and shoot. Now, I'm playing through Brutal Mode, and trying to use complete stategy while playing. Hawks invisibility helps locate where the enemy's are giving early intel. Brutus allows for seeing further in the darkness or mist, allowing Flint to stand next to him and shoot what he sees.
Summary: I decided to buy it after I played this game at my friends once. IF YOU DON'T ALREADY OWN THIS GAME, BUY IT!!!! UPSIDE: it's cool when you get the multiplayer characters, there's a big variety; I like the squad deathmatch where you can command a group of people( not only Brute Force, but other squads like rebels too) into battle and blow the....out of other people. Each person has a unique ability, dual wielding, invisibility, etc.
Conclusion: This game has its moments of fun but its mostly stupid. Your parteners are all cool and fun to be but you can only be one of them at a time and they die so easily! God if there so pro why do they suck. USE A MEDIPACK! anyways co-op is alright until the levels get so puzzling when u have to kill every bad guy when there's always 1 left hiding in a corner. ANd why does this game allow you to "accidently" shoot your partenrs and they take massive damage?
Brute Force is a good game by most standards, but too many flaws make Brute Force seem like a missed opportunity

Summary: When I first bought Halo 1 and watched the stunningly amazing trailer for this game, I had long anticipated the release of Brute Force. On release day, I bought this game without hesitation. But I wish I would have waited to read reviews. As I said, this game definately had potential; but it just seems unpolished and definately didn't live up to the high expectations I had set for this game.
Conclusion: This is the ****tiest game ive ever played. My friend convinced me it was the next halo, then sold his copy a week after i bought mine. Its still an on-going joke about how ****ty this game is. This game is not fun, the levels are repetative and boring, theres no good lay-out, ive gotten stuck in walls so many times. Everything about this game is annoying and not worth playing.
