Review – BloodRayne 2

videolamer
1 June 2006
  • Conclusion: To top it all off, enemies holding weapons can’t be fed on as they will push you off and deliver a severely damaging blow while you’re down. Disarming them requires you to repeatedly kick them until they drop their weapons, giving their buddies plenty of time to wait until you’ve finished your overly-animated attack sequence and then pummel you when you can’t move. Add to that save points that are quite far apart and you have the perfect recipe for frustration.

Bloodrayne 2

Into Liquid Sky
9 March 2006
  • Excerpt: The first Bloodrayne , featuring the sexy, hyper-violent dhampir (half vampire, half human) Rayne, was, by and large, a guilty pleasure. The game itself showed signs of promise but was muddled by a mediocre effort that gave some standard action tempered by a graphics engine that could use some more depth. To address these complaints, Terminal Reality has returned with a sequel that adds much needed depth to the combat and a noticeably improved graphics engine.
  • Pros: Improved graphics and gameplay, Lots of brutal action, Music and mood works nice
  • Cons: Graphics and mechanics still need polishing, Repetition of "puzzle" elements, Blood-based guns an iffy decision

BloodRayne 2

Game Over Online
28 October 2004
  • Excerpt: It’s almost Halloween, and what better way to capture the spirit of the season than to revisit a tale of murder and revenge, betrayal and destruction set against a backdrop of supernatural apocalypse and vampirism? Sure, it might sound like the plot for something out of Hollywood, but it’s actually the setting for the BloodRayne franchise. The last time we saw the redheaded half-human/half vampire, she was taking on Nazis and their vampiric cohorts in 1930s Germany.

  • Excerpt: More than seventy years have passed since BloodRayne managed to exact revenge on her vampiric father, Kagan, for slaughtering her entire family. Since her victory, however, she’s been quite busy hunting down her “siblings”. See, in his absence, the rest of her father’s offspring has gathered together to form the cult of Kagan, who are dedicated to worshipping his memory and carrying out his work.

BloodRayne 2

  • Summary: BloodRayne 2 est un jeu d'action très défoulant et globalement bien conçu. On constate cependant quelques petits soucis techniques, que le temps n'a pas arrangé. Notez enfin que le jeu n'est pas compatible Xbox 360.

  • Summary: Was lange währt, wird endlich gut?
  • Pros: Coole Heldin, Fantasievolle Endgegner
  • Cons: Doofe Gegner, Krasse Zensur
