Conclusion: Finally. An amazing xbox game that is even better, in my opinion, than Halo 2. This game is perfect in every way in its generation. For an xbox game, it is the most difficult, beautiful, and fun game I have ever played. This game is hard. Not hard, I meant very hard. There is no way you can win the game without trying. If you take your hands off your controller for 1 second, you will die. If you do the wrong move at the wrong time, you will die.
Conclusion: Ninja Gaiden BLACK is the original ninja gaiden with added hurrican packs new bosses, weapons and the all new mission mode. If you played ninja gaiden you already know how great this game is. If you haven't then go out to the store and buy it NOW! It is the best action game on the xbox. The graphics rival some xbox 360 games, the gameplay is smooth and satisfying and the sound is good as well. The only section ninja gaiden is lacking in is the story.
Battlefield 2: Modern Combat (Xbox): Battlefield 2: Modern Combat
21 February 2007
Summary: Battlefield 2: Modern Combat is probably the best computer game I have every played on any console or computer system. The game has a single player option where you undertake a variety of missions. I hardly ever play this because I'm always playing online over X-BOX live. This is where B2 MC comes into it's own. Basically you can run around on a number of maps with up to 24 other people in two teams blasting the enemy and sometimes your friends.
Pros: The best war game ever? Top notch graphics, sound, playability and online play.
Summary: Since Microsoft's introduction into the console industry, the distinguishing feature for the XBOX platform has always been its online service, XBOX Live. Many attempts have been made to make online gaming more accessible to the average gamer and Battlefield 2 for the XBOX 360 is one such title which accomplishes this successfully.
Pros: Addictive online multi player provides plenty of replay value.
Cons: Unsporting team mates (online), disappointing graphics.
Summary: Battlefield is not Halo2 but it comes close. You do get to drive all types of vehicles (several types of tanks, humvees, dune buggies, snow mobiles, cars) also helicopters etc etc. This is a great game but half a star away from halo2. You also get to choose the role that you would like to take on sniper, engineer, assault etc. You can also call in airstrikes, laser target vehicles etc.
Summary: I've been playing BF since the start, on th ePC with 1942. I've had all the upgrades and add on's and i've now moved onto the xbox...waiting for the xbox 360. The single player mode will hone your skills, give you good background into what buttons do what in an easier enviorment. Maps get harder as you progress, i personaly think that in single player mode, its a tutorial. HOWEVER Move onto Xbox live and its a whole world of hurt, quality graphics, music and gameplay.
Summary: this game is the best war game i have played yet because i am fed up with all the old war games such as medal of honor, brothers in arms and call of duty. this game is about modern warfare and so it is more exciting. And if you have xbox live this game gets even better because its the eexcitment of getting in the all time lederbord of great players and making your way up from private two 5 star general .another good thing about this game is the surrondings you fight on...
Summary: This game is stunning. The single-player mode is of very good quality and will provide you with a few hours of good fun. But then, go online and you will be having massive adrenaline rush as you try your best to stay alive and get to the top of the board. Yes it will tell you how well you fared at the end of the online mission. It is a flawlessly brilliant piece of online kit. Buy it!
Summary: Battlefield is primarily designed for multiplayer use. Without the multiplayer I would have given this game three stars out of five. The single player is okay, but nothing special. The hot swap mode allows you to switch between players within the single player mode, it's fun for a couple of hours but that's about it. Graphics and sound affects, however are excellent throughout the whole game. The fun really begins, when playing on Xbox live.
