List All 2 PricesWhile Batman Begins tries to introduce the concept of fear into the stealth/action genre, it needs a bit more fleshing out. The linearity of the gameplay prevents you from creating your own “fear events” and keeps things limited to scripted cinematic events. It’s a shame that most decisions are spelled out so clearly as it really takes away from the overall challenge of the game. There is still plenty of fun to be had and Batman fans will certainly enjoy this romp... Read more
Have you ever seen a great action movie and thought “hmm, I bet that would make a great game”? Well, after years of being bombarded with mediocre, and just flat out bad, movie licensed games I would not be surprised in the slightest if you have completely given up on the notion of a great game coming from a motion picture. On that note, Batman Begins is the best Batman game we’ve played, and it is a solid action-stealth game. Read more
Batman Begins is yet another movie to game translation, but unlike most that goes through that transition, Batman Begins shows that there is hope for these type of games and they don’t always have to be bad. While the game itself is not really too good, it will still provide a good few hours of fun for anyone looking for a good story and a little action on the side. This will definitely appeal to any Batman fan, because this definitely has to be the best Batman game to... Read more
If you’re a Batman aficionado, or just in the mood for something different, Batman Begins is worth playing. Even with a slightly lower pricetag though, the 8 or so hours of gameplay and scant extras keep it from being a purchase for anyone but fans of the source material. With a little more time and effort, the game could have been special, but for now, we’ll have to settle for this small diversion. Read more
With a completion time of under eight hours and a few half-decent extras, one has to wonder if Batman Begins was essentially targeted directly as a rental game. The action's functional but pretty dull, especially for the veteran gamer, which is a shame considering the rather triumphant box office return of Batman. At least the visuals and voice acting are top-notch, but this one is going to be permanently shelved pretty quickly for most gamers. Read more
For Batfans, it's a keeper. For casual gamers and less-so Batfans, it's probably a rental. Read more
The best Batman Movie with the best Batman Game. Yes, this is the best batman game ever. Even if compared with Sega Genesis Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. Why it's the best? 1) It's based on the movie. Not like other games (as Spider Man) based on a movie with vilains that where not in the movie. 2) The graphics are fantastic. Just like Lord Of the Rings, from Electronic Arts. 3) Good gameplay, with something new (that Fear Metter). Not just... Read more
Okay for all you people who want to be the Dark Knight, I have to say that this game does some things extremely well, but also falls short in several key areas. For all those who watched the movie before purchasing the game you have a distinct advantage over people who just plugged the game into your system and started playing. The cutscenes in this game did not provide a very good flow to the game of how the Batman got from one area to another. Read more
