Summary: well as you can see from the image of the product it shows the game is an ENGLISH copy. however when it was delivered it was a foreign version of the game and didnt work on my xbox. However i did get a full refund which is why i gave it 2 stars instead of 1.
Excerpt: I'm always amazed to see games like this slated by a lot of people. I believe this game was rated a 5 on gamespot (5 out of 10) which says that it's pretty mediocre. Not so. After nearly 25 years of gaming I can genuinely say that this is a good game, not a great game, but a good game. The storyline is the usual "must collect (insert items here) in order to stop the end of the world" stuff. Not great.
Pros: genius level design, amazing exploration
Cons: can be dull at times, mildy annoying occasionally
Excerpt: I've been playing games for a long time now and I can remember some greats: FF7, Quake, Half Life, Doom, Zelda, Sonic, Mario, the list goes on. All fantastic in their own ways, redefining and shaping the game industry into what it is today. "Thats great, but what does this have to do with Azurik?" I hear you cry, well its quite simple really... the games I listed above are remembered because they were good.
Pros: Colourful Landscapes, Innovative magic system
Excerpt: Azurik: Rise of Perathia ------------------------------ “Young Azurik must learn to control the elements by mastering the ultimate weapon, the Axion. His goal: Restore balance to the universe. As Azurik, you journey through a vast, mysterious land filled with dynamic and dangerous creatures”. Storyline: It has a fairly uninspiring storyline lacking in originality but I found was still enjoyable to follow and held my attention to the end.
Pros: Challenging and enjoyable with impressive graphics
