Excerpt: I am an automotive technician and use this impact wrench to quickly loosen big bolts. This impact produces way more torque than any other battery powered one I've owned (including my last Makita one). I have yet to come across the bolt that overpowers this tool. My pneumatic impact gets alot less use now. This tool is relatively compact, it operates easily in tight spaces. The Li batteries this uses are pretty great too, I almost never have to charge them.
Pros: Easy Control, Ergonomic Design, Good Grip, Lightweight, Powerful Torque
Summary: I work maintenance and was repairing roof exhaust fans. The fans have 2 - 3/8" x 4" bolts for adjusting the fan belt tension that were installed 40 years ago. In the past other people just "slipped" another replacement belt over the pulleys and went on their way. In order to correctly maintain the fans the belts need proper tensioning. These bolts have 40 years of rust on them and are a bear to loosen.
Excerpt: An awesome tool. I use it to drive lag screws, especially the long 3/8" ones that the 1/4" impact driver can't quite handle. And it's incredibly useful for using on bolts, particular stubborn nuts or in confined spaces. No easier way to stitch two steel framed flats together on the top of a ladder than with this thing.
Summary: Takes lug nuts off of my 2000 Tundra, my 2008 Ford 3/4 ton van and my girlfriend's 2008 Suzuki. Used it to change sway bar endlinks on the Tundra. Great little tool, packs a heck of a punch. Batteries are fantastic for my occasional usage.
Summary: I was apprehensive at first about this tool. [...]. Breaks lugnuts easily on my Subaru WRX. Nice compact size, great LED lite on the front, and the ring on the front glows-in-the-dark. Would recommend this tool to anyone. I work as a maintenace tech for Caterpillar. While this impact does not have the torque of the big guns, it works on everything automotive at home and it's size and convience is great.
