Summary: Very easy to install - just plug it in and it finds the signal. BUT it seems to slow down reception not speed it up. I do get more bars in the dead rooms but things go really slow. I've read that extenders rarely work so I don't think it's just this model.
Summary: Configuration worked manually but not with WPS to connect to router. Works good when it's in the same room, but when moving it where you want the extra signal strength it's very weak and the connection drops and unit needs to be reset manually. Very disappointing product, sent it back.
Summary: The wireless network in our home did not provide the signal strength in the one room in our home where we spend the most time so I found the wireless range extender worth a try. I found the directions that are included with the unit to be less than necessary for my 70 year old brain to get this...
Summary: I bought this extender hoping that it could improve the wireless range in my house. There are two problems with this product. Problem #1 - It would not work if you have long wireless router connection password. I had to dumb down my password in order for this product to connect.
Summary: I bought this hoping to boost signal from my bedroom, to the living room. I didn't try doing the WPS, so I can't make any comment regarding that, however, the manual setup seemed to go through just fine.
Summary: I had a hard time connecting with the base Verizon DSL router. I had to call tech support (person who helped was good). However it worked for a while but lost its connection later. I had to return the product.
