Summary: I only wish I had learned about this device sooner! It is great out of the box, plug it in and go! I was able to get rid of the cord spaghetti that we had in our living room. We had our network centrally located so that we could get maximum range.
Summary: I bought two sets of these to replace an old Netgear PowerLine system that is no longer supported or compatible with the new standard protocol. It's as plug-and-play as it gets-- I didn't have any issues with these and the speeds are very close to advertised.
Summary: You can you this if your MAC or PC wireless receiver is bugging out. Just plug one into your router with and ethernet cord and into the power outlet and then the the other next to your computer and another ethernet cord into its ethernet port and BLAM your done and your computer is smoking hot.
Summary: I was having issues with a media player that hooks up to my wireless router, which has a NAS (Network Attached Storage) connected to it; one corner of house to another. Every now and then the Wi-Fi would have issues, cause the movies to be choppy.
