Summary: Set up was incredibly easy - the 2 adapter set comes with 2 5' Ethernet cables which were each long enough for my purposes. Plugged them in and have wired internet service to my laptop. Worked also to plug the ethernet right into the back of my LCD television.
Summary: I used wireless routers for years. For one thing, wireless range is only "not quite" to the end of my house and the gargage is out of the question. Signals are weaker the farther away you get. With several computers in the house and an xbox to boot,I was always looking for a way to make it better. I have bought 3 routers. The last one was the latest and greatest router. No change.
Incredible Way 2 Connect your Non-Wireless Devices

Summary: I bought this kit for thirty dollars on special. I've had powerline adapters in the past and these really outperform the original versions. My internet download speed from my provider is 12 Mbs and doing a speed test through these devices maintains the speed. Highly recommended over wireless in many applications. Very reliable.
Summary: It was plug & play for the 4 units I setup. If you are concerned about security on your side of the electrical wiring, it does allow you to configure a more secure connection, by not using the default settings. For my needs, I plugged the router into one and the other 3 into camera's. The connection is solid & stable.
Summary: Received this in just a few days after ordering. I already had a WD Powerline plugged in for my TV upstairs. Plugged one unit near my TV downstairs hooked up the cable to the TV and instant internet connection, that quick.
Summary: I bought two sets of these to replace an old Netgear PowerLine system that is no longer supported or compatible with the new standard protocol. It's as plug-and-play as it gets-- I didn't have any issues with these and the speeds are very close to advertised.
Summary: You can you this if your MAC or PC wireless receiver is bugging out. Just plug one into your router with and ethernet cord and into the power outlet and then the the other next to your computer and another ethernet cord into its ethernet port and BLAM your done and your computer is smoking hot. You can also plug in a wireless router this way on another level of your home or office doubling your signal with another firewall and more passwords (if you like).
Excellent product, easy to install, plug and play.

Summary: This product solved my problem of wifi dead spots. The router wifi antenna is upstairs while my wife's laptop is downstairs in a fairly large house. This adapter kit is very easy to us, simply plug into electrical power outlets, then use the cables provided, one to the router and one to the computer. That's it. No drivers to load, no configuration, just use it.
