Summary: I was unable to hook up on my own. Very poor directions and I was on the phone over an hour and tech support was unable to connect it and had no idea why they couldn't get it to work so I now have to take it back. What a waste of time.
Summary: Had a dry loop DSL installed by Verizon (no phone service). It would not connect to it no matter what I did. Purchased another product that day and it worked fine. Could have just been a defective unit but who knows.
