Several of the trouble areas I had were getting better signal strength back to the router than from this device, so I will...
Summary: This works fine. Just know what you are buying. This will not do miracles and broadcast your signal across the neighborhood, but it will reasonably extend the range of your wireless router. I had a problem getting a signal to my garage from my house.
Works well if its not too far from your router; follow the installation instr.!

Summary: This little gizmo strengthens your WiFi signal as you get toward the edge of your WiFi router's range. It works pretty well, but don't expect miracles. I installed mine in the living room, two rooms over from where the router is.
Summary: I don't know if it's where I have it placed or what...My options are limited in that respect, but it doesn't seem to help and actually seems to CONFUSE our Roku. It loses the signal. After I shut the darn TrendNet off, then the Roku works again... go figure.
