Summary: I had to pay a technician to come and configure it to the lap top which took him over 40 minutes so has worked out very expensive . But once this done it works well and has a strong signal. Perhaps is not recommended for use in Australia.
Nice Travel Router- But I wish it would accept 220v

Summary: This is a nice little router. In the past I've traveled with a spare wireless router, and the entire carrying case (containing the router, AC adapter, USB cable and networking cable) is about the size as just my spare (non-travel) wireless router. The router itself is tiny. It has roughly the same footprint as a credit card, and is about 0.5" thick. The carrying case is much bigger- 6"x4.5"x2".
Summary: I bought this to use with my iPad, but had to get rid of it after several problems. First, with the most recent version of the firmware I could find, the iPad simply couldn't connect to this router if any type of encryption was used. Apple's fault or TrendNets? Doesn't matter, just doesn't work.
