Summary: I have just recently upgraded to N Wireless router from Asus and it works like a charm. I have cable internet of 58MBps (Blast package) and I get 56MBps speed on my desktop computer that is actually on the second floor of my house about 15ft away from the router... using 2.4GHz n network...
Pros: Easy to install; drivers installed quick with minimum effort; really really good performance on N wireless router (Asus RT-N66R)
Cons: For the first time in the last year it dropped today but updating the driver placed it back on track and I am good to go :)
Summary: Just an all-around solid WiFi PCI-e card, not much more to say really. I'd suggest against installing any driver software from the CD, just let Windows install the barebone drivers for it to work, and forget about it.
Pros: Fast * stable wifi connectivity * fairly discrete in the PC build
Cons: Driver software is clunky * larger antennae would have been nice
Summary: I purchased this with the intention of installing it in my main computer when switching rooms as a temporary fix until I could reroute the network cables in my house to accommodate the new location. When I installed the network adapter, it would see my network, view it and then drop it before it could connect. I could net get it to install correctly at all.
Summary: This card is definitely compatible with my motherboard, but it still doesn't work. I followed the instructions correctly and to the letter, but the thing couldn't find any of the dozen WiFi signals nearby. I tried everything I could think of (which was quite a bit), but to no avail. I finally called TrendNet tech support and they ran me through the steps of re-installing the drivers, something I'd done several times on my own already.
