Summary: When it's working, it's an excellent device. It won't detect any wireless access points(either Secure or unsecure) after restarting the computer, however. The only way to get it working again is to reinstall the driver utility, and that's very annoying.

Summary: I shopped around a while as this was my first PCI wireless card, but I previously used a D-Link USB dongle that my roommate had. This card is 3x better than the USB adapter: It has a much longer range and boost in speed.
Summary: It works. Easy to install, quick driver installation, Vista Ultimate 64-bit immediately recognized it, got online in minutes. No headaches here. We'll see how long it lasts, but Trendnet is usually trustworthy.
Summary: I installed this n/w card on my 2002 desktop computer running XP SP3, and it works great with blazing fast reception. (1) I first installed the software. IMPORTANT (2) Then shut-down the computer.
