Summary: This is the 3rd powerline extender I bought in the past few weeks and the one I am keeping. The first one was DOA, the 2nd was Dlink and while it worked it was very limited in the WiFi configuration (It uses WPA TKIP+AES and 40Mhz channels with no way to change!
