Summary: Nice little device for wireless access onto older laptops or PCs that you want to connect to a wireless access point. Good for tech use to if you want to connect a client's pc to your mobile hotspot.
Summary: use it for most my desktop and notebook, works great with every one, sometime, connect speed is slow, but always working, but the software alwasy pop up when restart the computer, cannot close it
Pros: small enought, works with win7 great
Cons: softwear is annoying, always pop up, seems no way to close it
Summary: Got it for an old PC for WIFI connection. It price is relative cheap. The USB adapter is small in size and yet performs quite well in a distance of about 3 meters from the router but with quite a number of electronic devices in between. The driver installation is fine and the TP-LINK wireless utility works decently. Use it for a longer time period to see how reliable it is.
Pros: Small in size and performs its work well., Relative cheap in price.
Summary: bought this for an old laptop that had an out-dated wireless adapter, has been working well in Windows 7. recently tried with Windows 8, no driver required, just plug and play and work. wish they will make a dual band version soon and keep it at the low price.
Summary: Works quite well. For a tiny device and at this cost no real complaints. Between two walls, and about 25 feet from router getting good connections Driver on CD wasn't the greatest (v1), downloaded drivers from site proved more stable. Does like to disconnect from time to time but otherwise more then acceptable for price.
Summary: This tiny little USB network card works fine in Win7. Choosing the 'driver-only' install option is sufficient. No need to install it's own connection manager utility ( intended for earlier operating systems) although there is no harm if you do (just take it out of the startup folder...
Pros: Small, simple
Cons: mini-driver-cd falls out of vertical drive bays
Summary: A tiny, great wireless usb network adapter for the price. Would recommand if you just want to upgrade an old piece of equipement and just need to go to the internet. I've got 5 MB/s file transfer rate, but it drops sometimes, but AGAIN... 9 $ this is a steal!!
Pros: Great value for the price. If you just want to connect to the internet, that's the way to go.
Cons: Short range detection of wifi hotspots, but hey... 8,99 $ what do you expect!!
Summary: This adapter was great when I moved my computer to a different room, the router was right below me and I got full bars. I really have no complaints towards the actual thang, other than the range is kinda crap if your 2 average size rooms away from the access point.
Pros: Small,un-noticeable, convenient, and cheappp
Cons: Short Range, tad bit slow, and weird ass drivers
