Summary: My Charter internet service was 30 Mbps and with my wireless N router I got around 22 Mbps. I thought that was OK. Then charter went to 60 Mbps and I still got the same old 22 Mbps. This router, which was very easy to setup, took me all the way up to 60 Mbps most of the time. I check it 3 or 4 times a day and Ive seen it around 50 Mbps on a couple checks but even that's OK. I might be jumping the gun with the 5 stars because I've only been using it for 2 weeks.
Summary: Looking for a reasonable priced dual mode router with great ratings. This is it. Up and running in few minutes with supplied start up disc. Had small issue with this and called customer service and they were very helpful. I am not a game player but wanted to stream videos, watch clips, down load stuff. This is Ideal. I would highly recommend. Had delivered to local Walmart and picked up when I did my shopping. With the dual band router I think I am set for years to come.
Summary: Router has lots of features, easy to set up except for wireless, if you have to set up a Nook Book good luck. I finally got it to work but have no idea how. The broadcast strength seems to be powerful and even. I would recommend. I truly am not sure the problem with the Nook is not the just the Nook. I found other examples of it being hard to set up. Had no problems with a Kodak printer. As with most products of this type the instructions assume you know networking.
Summary: Works very well. I was able to install the router but I had to call support in order to get the usb printer connected so it would work wirelessly with other computers correctly. Phone support was very good.
Summary: As an N600 router I would highly recommend. Occasionally drops the signal, but usually only on days with high sunspot activity, so really couldn't ask for more. There are routers that give higher speeds, but even when moving 3.5gb of data between computers on my lan it was VERY fast!.
