Summary: Waste a lot of time and could not get this piece to work. Even my smart IMS colleague could not understand why that piece could not work. paid $100 and have to put aside. You could not get support from Netgear- no such service, or you have to pay for support.
Summary: With the information provided and with online info, I was unable to get the device to connect to my Wi - Fi by any of the techniques offered. I am fairly tech savvy, and have connected other devices to my wireless router by multiple methods and have not previously failed to do so. I had discarded the packaging so I did not return it, just gave up.
Excerpt: Purchased the product after reading the good reviews. I tried setting up after reading the instruction and following the step by step procedure. I spent over an hour before call tech support. After 20 minute wait I explained everything that I did and the person told me that he would send me to the right person. Another 15 minutes on hold another series of the same questions then the fun began.
