Summary: Didn't even work for 12 hours. The unit seems hot and although all of our mobile devices were able to connect initially, later the same day all mobile devices can see the Netgear but nothing can connect.
Summary: I connected my Netgear Range Extender to my Tri-Band WiFi Router (Netgear Nighthawk) with both the 2.4 & 5 ghz rate. My wifi router is at the 2nd floor of my house & it's signal can only reach some parts at the 1st floor. So I decided to put the range extender at the 1st floor.
