Summary: It was difficult for me to load and I received software error messages which I had to call for support to clear. It took me 2 hours and 53 minutes on the phone to load. Not a pleasant experience.
Summary: Still having problems getting extender up and running. I did chat with support but, so far, it hasn't extended. No question, the challenge could be with my router or the remote workstation I want to bring into a Wi-Fi net.
Summary: i thought this would work better than the less expensive version but i was wrong. it works great at times but also drops devices off the network. this is very inconvenient especially when you are in the middle of either sending or receiving data or documents.
Summary: the range is pretty good but the problem is that it continues to drop and has to be re-booted. sometimes it reboots its self but a majority of times it needs to be manually rebooted. it this continues i will return it. the 200 which this replaced seems to have worked better.
Summary: So far we have been unable to get the product to work., despite two college educated adults following all of the directions and trying on muliple occasions. It is showing up as a dwonload on the computer, but not syncing with the internet.bHAving spoken to a college aged computer science major kid...

Summary: The unit itself seems to work ok/as advertised so far but the customer support is really terrible. A note comes inside the box of this product telling you to update the firmware. It gives you a web site to go to and a login/password to enter to do this.
