Amazing, useful product, but requires basic knowledge

Summary: I've been using two of these units in a fairly large house for about four years+. We have very thick adobe and masonry walls that obliterate wi-fi signal from our main router, so we use the power lines to feed wireless to the rest of the house through the WGX102 access points.
Summary: I've had three of these units. You would think I'd learn! The first crapped out and customer support was not responsive. The second worked intermittently and would disconnect without notice or reason.
Summary: Hooked bridge up to my router then extender to the room I need internet and room was still dead area. Sent it back for refund and it has been over almost a month without any response from seller or Amazon, I had to email Amazon and was told seller has 6 months to refund money.

Summary: Surprisingly works fairly well. Easy to install and integrate with my existing wireless infrastructure. Only complaint is I have to reset the base unit fare more than my existing Netgear Wireless Access point.
Summary: i got the kit (pair) several months ago and now I am getting one more repeater so we don't have to carry the single repeater around the house as much. as far as setup, it worked instantly on our system.
Summary: This thing was a major hassle from the start. Difficult to set up (even for an experienced computer user like me). Once it was set up, it took about 5 minutes to get an IP address every time I connected to it.
