Summary: I'm connecting to a 4G network with this. It's for use on an PC with no wireless connection. Within a few minutes I was connected to my network and my old dial up connection is past history. I'm getting fast speeds with this thumb drive sized connector.
"Unreliable for constant use - avoid like the plague!"

Pros: NONE - I seriously tried to think of one, but can't find any.
Cons: -Bulky -Signal consistently dropping out, the "control" in our house is my sister's laptop which never has these problems -VERY buggy wireless utility. Utility often crashes, and have to open task manager to kill the process
Pros: I installed the Netgear WG111US Wireless G USB Adapter on my Windows 7 PC and it was done without hassles. Just plugged it in the USB port and it was ready to install.
Cons: Signal strength is very unpredictable. Sometimes excellent and the next minute it's not there.Losing connectivity amidst an important work can be annoying.Being bulky, it impossible to use another USB port located close to where it has been plugged.
