Summary: My advise, completely AVOID it, worst than trash. But, if you need versatility, this is it, can do many things others can't, but you do have to live with frustration along the way. Whoever thought about the features it has is a winner, unfortunately the product itself is an absolute looser.
Summary: DOA. The purchase of this product has resulted in a Trek of complete frustration. After unpacking I never saw any signs of life from from a SSID broadcasts or pings to the LAN ports. I performed the factory reset procedures and then spent a few days dealing with Netgear support.
Warning do not buy this router, it is defective as designed.

Summary: The router will likely be okay as long as you only ever connect one WiFi device to it, if you're using two or more devices you will experience frequent reboots. The router reboots every time a client disconnects from the WiFi, this combined with the long reboot cycle (even longer if you're using it...
Summary: If you travel and own a Roku, the NETGEAR Trek N300 is a necessity for your tech travel bag, My travel requires frequent hotel stays. Every hotel WiFi I've ever encountered requires not only a password to access the network, but then you must accept terms on a web page.
Summary: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I bought this with the expectation of getting on line halfway across the country to get to my work and I couldn't. EVERY 5 MINS I HAD TO REBOOT THIS THING! I am using the hotels wifi posting this review directly as I type because this brick of.... doesn't work.
Summary: Writing a review after a year plus, since i finally got to use it. So i'm on vacation, and the wireless sucks. Like cant even connect a third device on the wifi. Opening a website is impossible. Just hangs. Skype call? Forget it. So i plug this baby in, say let's get you working for your money.
Summary: This is going back as a return - no question about it. Although it "works" (and was rather easy to configure), the design of this router is such that the WAN and LAN use the same wifi radio and channel, which cuts the speed approximately in HALF if you use it to share a hotel wifi connection (which...
