This router is a piece of junk. I have had this product for approximately 6 months and I am on the phone with support all of the time for hours at a time. It will work fine for a few hours and then I will lose internet connection. 2X it did something so my IP address was no longer recognized and I had to call support to have them correct the problem only to have it happen again. I bought this router for my home network off the shelf from Bureau en Gros (Staples)and have been very pleased with the product, the reception, and most importantly the easy to use interface. I am trying to set up my router on my computer and when I try and set it up through the "Easy Link Advisor" that comes with the router, it says it cannot connect to the internet, however I can connect manually through the router by going to internet explorer.
