Pros: Easy to install. Plugged it in, booted the computer and it practically installed itself. Later I upgraded to Win7 and had no hiccoughs with the upgrade. I have noticed no problems with the signal strength, though my house is not large, the computer will be within 40 of the router wherever I have placed it.
Summary: I thought that this card would give a better range than my ASUS card that only had 1 receiver, but not so. This card didnt have good range. I was only getting about 2 bars at 30ft through 1 wall. The ASUS would get 4.
Summary: It is a low profile. The card sits low with relation to the bracket so it sits high on the sucket. A friend has to cut 1 inch of the upper portion of the bracket in order to be able to close the cover. Otherwise, it works.

It provided access for; PS3, Wii, iPhone, Droid, 2 laptops, 1 Mac-top, my broke neighbor, a DSi, and was used as the gateway for my workstation and printer, which was used by all capable wireless devices. I bought this product because it matched the router exactly. The router was upstairs and my new HTCP build was downstairs, next to ...
Linksys WMP600N Wireless-N PCI Adapter with Dual-B
21 February 2012
Summary: Before acquiring this adapter I had bought TWO routers attempting to connect to my modem (I had recently changed cable providers). The modem had to be placed in a room on the opposite side of my house (not more than 20 feet away). My computer refused to have a signal higher than a dot on the network meter. I tried numerous times to boost the signal from the PC to the modem and use the routers to bridge the gap, but neither one of them would ever connect to the modem.
Summary: - The included Linksys drivers will work properly, and the card will work extremely well. However, these drivers will cause mouse stuttering, and audio stuttering. This baffled me as it took much troubleshooting to realize it was my PCI network card.
Pros: None at all. Read on for more important information.
