Can't say..wasn't what I needed so it was returned. Sad CustSpt from LSys

Summary: This was a big mistake, mainly on the part of LinkSys tech and customer support. I had an extended telephone conversation with T/S about replacing my old access point with something more modern (androids would not authenticate) and this is what they told me to get after a very detailed explanation of how my network WiFi was setup. They were totally wrong. This is a wireless bridge not an access point.
Summary: I had, and still do, have the single port version if this magnificent Cisco/Linksys wireless bridge plugged into a small Dynex router for my Netflix Blu Ray and my DirectTV HD DVR (splitting the signal - flawlessly). This wireless bridge eliminates the need for yet another connection to another device - like a small router. The 4 port router is built into the Bridge.
Summary: If you follow the instructions to the letter step by step this adapter is simple to setup. Coupled with a dual band router streaming video or normal data is very quick. Pricey but a quality item.
Summary: Once you get it up and running, no easy task if you don't have a WPS button, this thing needs to be reset fairly frequently as it keeps dropping the signal. I saw plenty of people on their support page making the same claim, including people with LInksys routers!!
Summary: I was using an internal intenet connection in my pc which constantly dropped the signal as I am far away from the router. I plugged this one in and and get super fast wireless speed, a good connection signal and never have any dropped signals. It was worth the investment for me.
Summary: I bought 2 of these, but had problems with both dropping signals after 30-45 minutes. It took awhile to figure out....no problems now. All ya have to do to cure the dropped signal problem is set the unit to a static IP address under manual wireless configuration. Both units work lie a charm now.
