Summary: Unbelievable and so easy to use too. Tried a wiFi extender to reach my Roku (Across the house from Verizon Fios router) Still not enough to stream any video without constant buffering. Plugged these puppies in and great wired connection. The one by my TV is plugged into wall socket the other next to my router is plugged into a 6' extension cord. I thought the extension cord would nix the connection but to my surprise it worked like a champ.
Summary: So happy I bought this product. Prior to purchasing this, I was only getting speeds of about 2-3 MB through WiFi and I just couldn't deal with those slow speeds. With this adapter kit, I now get speeds of 25-30 MB and I couldn't be happier. Buy this!
Reliable way to extend your network without running wires!

Summary: Reliable way to extend your network without running new wires! I had an upstairs location that needed to "host" 4 devices - instead of getting a wireless bridge (since the coverage wasn't good), I tried this. Getting this "setup" was as easy as plugging them in and letting them locate each other! The single-port unit was plugged next to my router and connected to the router's switch while the other 4-port unit plugged in behind my TV.

Summary: Just received these a couple days ago and I was surprised to find that the box came with two PLS400's but no PLE400, I tried connecting them expecting them not to work without a "master" but very surprisingly they worked without a hitch. So far I have been very pleased with them as they allow me to extend my network into a room where I needed exactly four more network drops.

Summary: Needed extra ports for the Family room and kids bedrooms. I already had the PLE400 installed, so just a push of the button on both the PLE400 and PLS400 and 10 seconds later...connected! The kids each have a PC, XBOX360, and PS2 connected, and an app-enabled Sony TV, AppleTV, and Blu-ray player in the Family room.
Efficiency at it's best when Wireless can become a problem.

Summary: I'm a voice and telepresence engineer by trade so I hope that has some credibility to make this review worth reading. For years I have always preferred ethernet cabling versus wireless. At some point I got tired of running cables to every device and went wireless. My wife's computer, my Roku, my PS4, ipad, laptops, everything started to use wireless. My only wired connection was the desktop that I am writing this review on. Well here enters my problem.

Summary: Plugged it in upstairs, connected it to my modem, plugged receiver in downstairs, and INSTANT Ethernet access for TV, DVR, and BluRay player plus laptop in my living room - keeps my Wi-Fi intact and maintains higher Wi-Fi speeds for other devices (phones, etc.) without these items tapping into the Wi-Fi and also more reliable streaming for the TV and those devices with them on Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi! Can't beat it!!!
