Summary: The company was excellent to work with, Barry was helpful. Alas, it seemed that this D-Link could not get through the security on my Apple Airport Extreme. I tried for hours but with the help of Tivo (why I bought this) I found that it could not work for me.
Summary: This adapter has been my worst computer peripheral purchase, ever. I purchased it about 7 months ago and it has been nothing but unreliable from the start. Out of the box, it would not work at all with the built-in Wireless Connections tool built into XP.
Summary: I've had some problems getting a wireless adapter that works with my older TIVO (series 1?). This one in the 802.11b version worked...but then I gave it to a friend. This 802.11g version also works fine.
Summary: not worth it ... spend a little more and get the better one ... shows signal as weak when just 20 ft distance from wireless router .... not too much resistance in between either ... i wish i would have spent 10$ more and get linksys
Summary: This product was the only one that really worked. I now have two in my house and its great. this is the second one I purchased and this ones price can't be beat. I paid much more for the first.
Works well, but range isn't super strong, and yeah - forget about TIVO

Summary: This works fine on my desktop computer. I get a "Low" signal strength that averages 24kbps with my wireless router about 40 feet away thru two walls - one of which is brick. Sitting next to it is my MacBook which apparently gets nearly a full strength signal.
Summary: Easy to setup, worked great. At a local car dealer service waiting area, with my old PCMCIA Wireless B card, I'd only pickup their signal very weakly. With this, I picked up five wireless signals from the nearby dealers.
Summary: When first installed it worked fine. With time it would quit working after 15 minutes or so. Time that it would work got shorter and shorter. Each time the device would only work after complete cool down, not reboot. Multiple calls to D-Link support.
Summary: I have an older series 2 TiVo that has been working great with a Linksys WUSB12 for a couple years. I just installed the D-Link DWL-G120 adapter and it installed just fine. There were no problems. It connects to the TiVo service with no errors. Then I tried to transfer a recorded program to my PC.
