Summary: I bought this to give wifi connectivity to a Dell Inspiron from 2002 for my kids and none of the adapters I had would install successfully under the Sugar On A Stick(OLPC)version of Fedora that I put on my younger kids laptops. This device was plug and play in this environment.
Summary: I discovered that my second computer would not accept the internal adapter card and returned for replacement with the D-Link DWA USB adapter. Glad I did since installation takes only a few minutes and it seems to work just as good...also portable if I ever need to move it to a different computer.
Summary: It was everything they said it was. I works fast, and even has its own cradle. My only problem was that I didnt need it after all! My modem (ATT) has a wifi built into it. The company also was on time, and got it to me ON A SUNDAY, in the US Mail. I asked for 2 day delivery and got it!
