Summary: I bought this to give wifi connectivity to a Dell Inspiron from 2002 for my kids and none of the adapters I had would install successfully under the Sugar On A Stick(OLPC)version of Fedora that I put on my younger kids laptops. This device was plug and play in this environment. I did not have to configure, make, install, conf, edit anything. I plugged it in and it just worked.
Summary: As Usual I've Had Only The -Best Results- With D-Link Products. I really like D-Link Products as the Wireless Adapter worked flawlessly and set us was automatic as it loaded itself. Granted some D-Link items are a bit Pricey but i bought mine on sale and as usual it is excellent and more then does the Job. I find I can connect as distances many cannot and since I live off in the Country to me range is important and the D-Link will pick up WIFI Signals at a good distance.
Summary: It was everything they said it was. I works fast, and even has its own cradle. My only problem was that I didnt need it after all! My modem (ATT) has a wifi built into it. The company also was on time, and got it to me ON A SUNDAY, in the US Mail. I asked for 2 day delivery and got it! Now I am trying to sell it. It is in perfect condition, and put back quickly, into its pretty box.
