Disappointing

  • Summary: I can't recommend it. There is no benefit to buying a product that actually slows down your download speeds.
  • Pros: Very small, lightweight, simple to install and the included software disc was nice. Works right out of the box with Windows 7. WPS setup is a breeze with D-Link DIR-655 N Router. Range seemed good.
  • Cons: Ok, here is the deal. My Dell Latitude D830 laptop has integrated Wireless G, but I wanted an N adapter to work at N speeds with my new D-Link DIR-655 N Router.   • Summary: I have a Netgear-N WAP. I could get the D-Link Wirelss N Nano to connect to my WAP in the B/G mode but not in N mode. I never could get it to work regardless of the driver, configuration or location. It works fine in the B/G mode.
