Summary: Won't auto connect on boot using their software. After each boot you have to open their software and then connect, and half the time that doesn't work well and you have to keep trying. Once connected it works. You can set it to use the windows wireless, but then you get awful performance. If they fixed their software I would recommend, but since it is so bad I wouldn't ever by again.
Summary: The DWA 131 started falling off line and disconnecting from my router after a couple of days. Windows diagnostics of the adapter would find it disabled and usually renable it. I did not have any automatic turnoffs for powersaving or unusual router settings. Short story was, DLINK tech support said it was bad after reloading the new driver update that I had already done.
Summary: Love the size! Very convenient and easy to install, but the range is very limited. Ten feet maybe. The connection is inconsistent. One minute you're on, the next, you're not. That saying is true: You get what you pay for.
Summary: As annoying as it was to have to do a manual connect every time I used the laptop, it slowly started having sporadic outages....now dead. Glad I got it for half the price of Office Depot, but cannot afford to buy one that often. If it is the wireless router (also Dlink) I would not know how to fix that problem. More info needed. Worked great for a while.
Summary: I ordered and returned this when I realized it doesn't support the 5GHz 802.11n bands. This is a deal breaker for me. I run my Airport Extreme at 5GHz to avoid all the interference on the 2.4GHz band. Since this thing doesn't support those bands it's useless to me so I returned it and bought a Linksys one which works well.
Summary: Ive had trouble keeping my connection with this network adapter. It actually stays connected to my router, but it drops my internet several times a day. Usually reconnecting my computer to the router solves the problem. The router is fine, because all my other devices/computers do work flawlessly and this didn't start happening until I started using this.
Summary: I have a D-Link Wireless DIR-615 N Router, 4-Port 10/100 Switch, 2 Antennas, Draft 802.11n which should work nicely with the d-link wireless n nano adapter; however, this adapter disconnects from my wireless network every 3-5 minutes. It was easy to install and it did have a better signal than my previous wireless g adapter, but I decided to return it due to the fact that it cannot maintain a connection for more than a few minutes.
