Summary: This product worked ok most of the time but it had a lot connection issues. I would often have to unplug it and plug it back in because it would just stop working. I ultimately replaced it with a better and more expensive model and kept this as a backup.
Summary: I could not get this to work. It asked for the serial and model numbers for the wireless router. I didn't have that. The router I use is in my landlord's residence. I found a plug and play adapter on amazon by Medialink that works without any of that and is also plug and play.
Summary: I expected it to not be fast but I couldn't even load photos. Not worth the $8 to return it so it is currently sitting in a drawer. Buy the faster one! We ended up just running the Ethernet cord through the house.
Pros: Well this unit worked when i got it. but after few months stop working for no reason. I think is one of those meant to work for few months to make you happy, and thn stop working. so you can go buy another one. otherwise how would they make money out of you.
Summary: Don't do it... Not even for 11 bucks. I recommend the TP-Link HighGain adapters... They just work, work quite well, and are very inexpensive. I was exploring other options simply for the fun of it here, (at a cost of only eleven dollars), yet I expressly regret wasting my time.
Pros: It can be returned for a full refund.
Cons: Everyone else here has said it many times. - This is a very, very poor product.
Cons: This is the second one I have gotten now and its the second one in a row that doesn't work. I give it one start because I can't give it negative a million. I have a Dlink router and love it but they really missed the mark here!
Pros: I'm sure it's fine if it actually works for more than a few minutes.
Cons: My adapter simply does not work. I suppose it's my fault because I bought it on sale and didn't open it for a while until I needed it, but It is now past the warranty period and when I tried to use it to connect my computer to the internet it worked for a little while and then completely died. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the software, which would always work for a little while then stop again, and I would have to do it all over again. I tried this on three comp...
