Summary: I am not very technological but needed to upgrade my router. This arrived the next day and I was able to plug and play! The website gives you passwords etc and I was up and running in ten minutes!
Summary: This is positively the worst router I have ever bought - which surprised me since I have an older version of the same model in use on another network, which appears to work satisfactorily. I bought this one to replace a 'Netgear' router which I was having problems with. It was described as new and being from TalkTalk / AOL networks.
Summary: I bought this D-Link for my computer for a better internet connection. It is an excellent product and since I am a TalkTalk customer who also recommend this router, if there is something wrong, I phone their help line and they are very helpful. So far there has been no disconnection or wireless connection failure. Good product and I would recommend to anyone wishing to buy router for a wireless router.
Summary: Plugged it in and it worked, many bits of equipment connected to it, including a Homeplug wireless extender, and all is well. Only problem was an ip conflict which was easily resolved. My previous router experience was with Netgear, and this is just as easy to use.
Summary: This was a replacement for an item of the same type that was playing after a couple of 'drops'. It worked fine straight from the box and the setup using the enclosed Disc was a very pleasing experience. Good price and good value.

Summary: This worked fine right up until it didn't, which was last week - seven months after purchase. I'm disappointed as this review until that point would have been very positive had I written it, but since I'm only getting around to writing it now, it has to be a negative review since it's broken. I have no idea what happened. It was working and then suddenly it wouldn't connect to the internet.
Summary: I'm on my third D-link DSL-2640R. The first one gave up the ghost after two days. The second after five days, both due, I believe, to faulty power units. The third one has been running for several weeks now and performs really well. I can give nothing but 5-stars to the company who replaced the units immediately and without quibble. It was super service. I hope they've managed to sort out the problems with the power units.
Summary: To use this device with any provider other than Talk Talk UK requires quite a bit of adjustment to its settings. This process is long, exhausting, and requires a fair amount of technical knowledge about the integration of various settings across you internet provider and the device itself. More importantly, the product worked in a mediocre fashion for three months before promptly dying. The unit routinely dropped internet access. And when it died it died completely.
