Good for basic home use.

Rory B. Bellows, Amazon
22 July 2008
  • Summary: I have had this router for 2 years and it has worked well. I haven't experienced any problems I've read in other reviews such as disconnects, however I found that when running many simultaneous connections (Bittorrent), the router would sometimes begin to refuse incoming connections and would have...

It's served its purpose

Chunger, Amazon
12 January 2008
  • Summary: I'm not a power user of any sort. My home network is used to access internet, print from laptops to a printer connected to the home office desktop Mac, and transfer files. This router was easy to set up, and has run without much thought for ~2 years except that I never was able to get better...

No syslog support, email is unauthenticated, but its solid

Yoshiro Aoki, Amazon
7 December 2007
  • Summary: I found this in a box of computer parts in my garage while looking for something to provide legacy WEP access to my network. I have no idea where I got it from. Can't get syslogs from this thing, only emails, and those are unauthenticated...quite lame.

Good and easy to setup, but nothing extraordinary here

  • Summary: Nice wireless router, easy to set, I've never had any internet hiccups, and it's on all the time. The bad things? First of all, its range: I live in a condo, and when I'm in the other room, signal weakens to 60-70% (drywalls, no concrete here).

Very basic router

Huckleberry Hound, Amazon
20 April 2007
  • Summary: When I have 2 wireless computers connected, it frequently drops the connections. I know this product is cheap, but please spend a few extra bucks on a better router. It's not worth the headache.

Face it 803.11g is on it's way out

Byron, Amazon
29 January 2007
  • Summary: The device is great and makes an excellent AP and router. I have it connected to a 22 element Yagi and send the signal 3000 ft away to my daughter's trailer on the other side of my property where I have a bridge to complete the network. Sturdy and can take abuse!

Good to connect less than 4 devices

Ramtin, Amazon
29 January 2007
  • Summary: This router cannot give you steady internet for probably more than 4-5 devices. I am using it at home with my 3 other room mates, and when we all using it (4 phones, and 4 laptops) it cannot support, and we all still connected but there is no internet! or sometimes we cannot even connect!

Octavio Niño, Amazon

  • Summary: I don't try a lot this because by his lack of potency, and other stuffs, I sold it and bought the DI-624, real quickly. that is a real piece of art.
