Summary: I just saw that I purchased this back in July of 2006. I still use this little router and it does a great job! I have not had trouble with range in a normal 3 bedroom, 2 story size townhouse - not sure about say, a spread out, ranch-style house.
Summary: I bought this router back in 2006 and i am still working with it, the signal range is good for my house where i put it in a central place. It has been working since i opened the box non stop and i only had to config it once.
Summary: This router is incredible on many levels. I bought this router because my house has 2 PS3's, 1 XBOX360, 2 PC's and I was having major issues with lag in gaming and internet. First when I installed it, it checked my internet connection speed so it knew what it could distribute.
Summary: I have had this router for close to 4 years, and its still rock solid. Never gets hot to the touch, soldiering away with wired and wireless clients on it all the time. I currently have 2 windows 7 based computers, a windows home server and an old macmini all coexisting peacefully and transferring...
Summary: No real reliability problems in over three years. My laptop picks up the wireless even when I'm outside about 20ft away. Streaming netflix etc always looks good over wireless. For gaming on my main PC I get good low ping and low latencies with this hooked up to my cable modem.
Summary: Great router. Worked perfectly for almost 2 years with maybe 1 reset because it locked up until a storm fried the WAN port last weekend. Consistently reliable and fast. Onwards and upwards to the DGL-4500.
DGL4300 awesome but STILL REALLY EXPENSIVE for 2009

Summary: It works exactly as advertised, prioritizes gaming, open networks for everything even p2ps apps. Torrents do hog bandwidth though causing LAG but that's just something you have to adjust yourself on your computer. TOO EXPENSIVE...at 129.99 when its new model is 149.99.
