Excerpt: I can't say this is a bad product. It works just fine. How it works is it creates it's own wireless SSID the your computer (or tablet) share, and it projects pictures and stuff just fine. However, if you want to project a website you are out of luck because you can't get to the web when you are connected to the "dongle network". If I would have known this I wouldn't have bought it. But you might not care.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast Connection Speed, Reliable connection, Secure Connection
Summary: Terrible driver...it ties up my wireless Adapter (so I couldn't use the dongle and wifi simultaneously, then it would only mirror my entire primary screen so I could not detect a secondary monitor.
Summary: I purchased the wireless dongle to use with the BenQ Projector. I cannot say if the issue is with the wireless dongle or the projector. I plugged the wireless dongle in the USB port at the back of the projector and checked the network setting under advanced system setup. The wireless LAN status indicated disconnected, as though the wireless dongle had not been connected to the wireless projector.
Summary: It does work and image quality is ok, but it disconnects between 5 and 20 minutes. We've contacted the Benq helpdesk, but they come up with the fact that the computer tries to connect to the internet and therefor it disconnects. We've tried using it without any router on, with cable connected to the internet, not connected to the internet, Qpresenter updates, but Windows 7 doesn't seem to like this connection.
