Summary: It took about an hour to get this thing working with a PS3 controller.. I almost gave up. Heres how I got it to work.. I ended up deleting all the drivers until this thing would not work when unplugged and plugged back in. I also uninstalled Motionjoy. With the bluetooth adapter unplugged I installed the newest driver from the asus website..ASUS USB-BT211 Utility 220.127.116.11 for Win7.. odviously I use win7.64bit.
Summary: The Asus bluetooth adapter was a breeze to install on my Windows 7 computer and works perfectly with my Motorola Bluetooth Headset. You just insert the mini-disk included in the packaging and run the installation exe file for your operating system, then once it's done, restart your computer. Then, put your bluetooth device in discoverable mode and go to the new Bluetooth Suite program in your Start Menu and click "Add a device." It should pair immediately.
Summary: After reading some not so great reviews about this product, I was a little hesitant to purchase it. But I figured for the price, I didn't have too much to lose. I am so glad I went through with it! It was super quick and easy to install, and works wonderfully! It came with this thick little instruction booklet, which scared me at first. I thought, "Oh jeeze what did I get myself into".
Summary: This dongle works like a charm when you follow the included instructions and remember to unpair the Bluetooth device that you want to pair with this dongle! I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with the Motorola S305 headset. It was previously paired with my iPad2 and I spent some hours struggling with pairing with my PC when I realized that it had to be unpaired from my iPad2 first! For generic BT devices that have no keyboard to type in the pairing code (ie.
Summary: This is not so tiny of a BT adapter that it sits flush with the side of my laptop, but it doesn't stick out far enough for there to be any danger of it breaking or bending. I downloaded the most recent drivers from ASUS, installed them, then plugged in the adapter. Recognized and installed instantly. Works with everything I can find. Even old headsets from 2005 and my old Android 2.1 phone.
Summary: Very good device and works with my Jabra BT2080 Bluetooth Headset (Black) I purchased along with this adapter. I use it on my Lenovo laptop with windows 7. Had no problems setting it up. The range is not that good (about 15ft) but it works for me. It is very small and does not get in the way.
